 Cisti Pinkert is a seasoned professional in health insurance and employee benefits with over 25 years of experience. Her career began in 1997 as a claims processor for a local Third-Party Administrator, where she discovered her passion for helping employers deliver high-quality health benefits and meaningful support to their employees and families.

In 2005, she joined Texas Agricultural Cooperative Trust (TACT) as an Account Executive. In this role, she assisted TACT members and their dependents in navigating the complexities of medical care, working directly with providers and resolving claims issues with care and expertise.

Since 2020, Cisti has served as Employee Benefits Manager at Texas Agribusiness Insurance. She partners closely with employers to design customized benefit programs that meet the unique needs of their teams, helping companies create competitive, supportive packages that attract and retain talent while promoting employee well-being.
