 Experienced Property & Casualty Insurance Agent

Texas Agribusiness Insurance is looking for a seasoned, licensed Property & Casualty insurance professional who is ready for a different kind of opportunity.

If you have spent years building relationships and serving commercial clients but find yourself frustrated by limited markets, shrinking options, or an inability to provide the solutions your customers need, we should talk.

Texas Agribusiness Insurance is a specialized commercial agribusiness agency with clients across multiple states and established relationships with both domestic insurance carriers and the London insurance market. We have built specialized insurance programs designed for agribusiness operations that can be difficult to place through traditional markets.

Now, we are looking for the right experienced insurance professional to help us take those capabilities to more customers and more markets.

This Is Not an Entry-Level Position

We are looking for someone who:

• Is an experienced, licensed Property& Casualty insurance professional.
• Has a proven ability to develop and maintain commercial insurance relationships.
• Understands that successful insurance sales are built on trust, knowledge, service, and long-term relationships.
• Wants access to specialized markets and the opportunity to develop business beyond the limitations of a traditional local agency.
• Is motivated to build a significant book of business and be rewarded for that success.
• Wants to make a meaningful difference—not only in their own career and financial future, but in the businesses and operations of the customers they serve.

Agricultural experience and an understanding of commercial agribusiness are highly valuable, but we are equally interested in an accomplished commercial insurance professional who has the ability and desire to learn our industry.
